ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA -
Doggy Gifts Inc. is pleased to continue our FREE SHIPPING policy on ALL orders within the United States. ALL orders shipped in the US qualify for FREE shipping!  NOTE - Some products cannot be shipped outside the Continental 48 States. Doggy Gifts will notify you in that situation. We use United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for most shipments. If your shipping address is USPS specific or non-USPS eligible, please let us know.

SALES TAX -
There is no sales tax added to orders being shipped outside of Florida. Florida residents will be charged applicable local sales tax rates.

PAYMENT INFORMATION -
Doggy Gifts Inc. is happy to accept most major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards. In addition, Doggy Gifts is pleased to accept Google Checkout, PayPal and PayPal Checkout.

RETURN POLICY  -
We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. If this happens, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return.

  •  We will accept returns of unused merchandise provided you have requested authorization by contacting our customer care center via email with the reason for your return. CLICK HERE TO EMAIL US
  • Returns must be received by Doggy Gifts Inc. within 15 days of origiinal shipment.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
  • Customer will be responsible for original shipping charges that Doggy Gifts incurred on returned item - unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Due to "free shipping" policy, Doggy Gifts Inc. will deduct from customer's refund/credit the cost we originally incurred for shipping.
  • Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking/research fee.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS: For the protection of our canine customers, all beds, car seats, food, treats, supplements and other edible items are NOT returnable.
  • NOTE: We're sorry, but Doggy Gifts Inc. cannot be responsible for items destroyed or damaged by your dog or puppy. Refunds, exchanges or credits for items that have been damaged by pets will not be offered. Our products are from reputable manufacturers and are of high quality - but no dog toy is indestructible. Please choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your pet. (Exception - Lupine products come with a "even if chewed" guarantee from the manufacturer - please contact us for assistance with a Lupine warranty issue.)
      DELIVERY ISSUES

    • SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undelivered packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid an address correction charge. When placing an order online, you will also receive an automated email confirmation - please be sure to check it carefully! If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, Doggy Gifts reserves the right to charge the shipping cost incurred by Doggy Gifts to reship the package to the correct address.
    •  REFUSED SHIPMENT: If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15-20%.
