Pet Naturals of Vermont Shampoo line features CLEAN Shampoo and Conditioner in one, PROTECT Flea Shampoo, SILK Conditioner, and SOOTHE Oatmeal Shampoo.  CLEAN is a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner with coconut palm extract and silk proteins.  It is Plumeria scented.  PROTECT is a flea killing shampoo with d-limonene and coconut palm extract.  It is citrus scented.  SOOTHE is an all purpose shampoo with colloidal oatmeal and coconut palm extract.  Great for allergy dogs!  It has a light coconut scent.  SILK is a natural conditioner with coconut palm extract.  It can be washed out or left in.  It has a fresh scent.

All shampoos are designed to do the same thing – clean. However, each pet is unique and should be treated individually depending on the type, texture and color of the pet’s coat as well as the character of the skin – dry, oily or flaky. The key is to use a shampoo that does not strip the natural oil from the skin and coat or irritate the skin. The component ingredients should be safe and non-reactive to both the animal and the person using the shampoo. In special cases such as seborrhea oleosa, shampoos prescribed by a veterinarian are required.
